Photos rarely do justice to just how massive this tower is. It can literally see over ALL of Paris, from the second tier alone! (the second tier is the second ring up on the tower). I can imagine on a clear day you can see out into the countryside from the top. This thing is GIGANTIC. It really was amazing to be there.
There's also a story that we were told about the Eiffel tower, in that when it was first built, the Parisians hated it. One man hated it so much that he could never look at it. Yet he would always eat lunch underneath it. When asked why, he said "'Cus it's the only bloody place I can't see it." Taken in Paris, France |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
